About the Teacher
Hongmin Cui
Certified Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher, trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam / Isha Hatha Yoga School.
I completed an intensive 21-week, over 1750-hour residential teacher training in classical Hatha Yoga, in a consecrated space dedicated to transmitting these practices in their traditional depth and purity.
What I offer is rooted in an authentic yogic system, delivered with care, precision, and responsibility.
My approach is quiet, grounded, and non-performative — creating a space where people can truly experience yoga as an inner process.
